項目 \ref{item:pssuq:start} 至 \ref{item:pssuq:end} 來自於 PSSUQ 第三版。由於 PSSUQ 尚未有廣被採納的繁體中文翻譯，在問卷上保留以原文呈現避免翻譯可能造成歧義產生。項目 \ref{item:pssuq:start} 至 \ref{item:sysuse:end} 屬於 SysUse 類別，\ref{item:infoqual:start} 至 \ref{item:infoqual:end} 屬於 InfoQual，\ref{item:intqual:start} 至 \ref{item:intqual:end} 屬於 IntQual。自 \ref{item:custom:start} 起為本研究針對平台另外設計的項目，採用中文方便表達與理解。
