untrack binary repacks
these can be trivially packaged locally downloading roughly the same
amount of data, usually even without needs of a helper and plain makepkg
is enough, and with few computation power required when configured
properly (not compressing packages for local use)
these also typically takes lots of storage to be self-contained, wasting
our resources
also not a fan of non-free software
android stuff is a little bit different, it acts as a cache for
android-autobuilds providing values on internal usage
